How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges may apply on certain products/services and will be communicated at the time of order processing.
International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Malik Merbals Pvt Ltd. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.

Does Malik Merbals Pvt Ltd ship outside India?
At present, Malik Merbals Pvt Ltd ships to India only. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
Products cannot be shipped to my area—why?
Although we ship to most places across India, we are continuously working on increasing our reach to make our products easily available in more locations. However, whether the order can be delivered to your address may depend on:
- Whether our trusted delivery partner can deliver at your location
- Legal restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your area
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your region
What are the estimated delivery times?
We deliver your orders within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad).
For the rest of the cities, delivery may take 2–7 business days.
Ground-shipped orders typically take 5–7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on geographical constraints.
For addresses outside India, shipping may take 5–15 business days.
Is it possible to request a change in the delivery address after placing the order?

For security reasons, we may require you to answer some verification questions before making any changes.

Once your order is dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it to another address. If our shipping partner is unable to deliver to the address provided, the order will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your package via https://www.malikmerbals.com/track-order (replace with your actual tracking URL) after 24 hours from dispatch.

Your order is shipped in multiple shipments—what does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is completely normal. Different parts of your order may have been shipped from different warehouse locations. You will only pay the shipping/COD charges (if applicable) on the first package.
International orders are usually shipped in a single shipment.
I have placed an order but may not be able to receive it due to unexpected circumstances. Can you hold the delivery?

If your order is already dispatched, we are unable to hold the delivery.
Are there any hidden charges such as Octroi or Sales Tax?
No. There are no hidden charges on any products. Prices listed on our website at checkout are final and inclusive of all taxes.
