What is the general return policy on Malik Merbals Pvt Ltd products?

In an unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products, we offer you the option to inform us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

A few points to ensure a hassle-free experience:

Conditions for a product to be eligible for return/refund:

  • Defective product
  • The product does not match the characteristics or features as advertised or agreed to
  • Unused and in its original new condition, if not defective or damaged
  • Products not damaged or broken by customers
  • Products not tampered with and with Serial/UPC number intact
  • Product returned in its original packaging, including box, invoice, and price tags
  • If the product is delivered later than the scheduled delivery date

If the courier is found ineligible for refund, we will send the product back to you.

You may choose a refund or exchange, as per your request.

  • For payments made by card, refunds will be initiated to the same bank account.
  • For COD or any other modes, refund will be made via NEFT to the customer’s registered name and provided bank details.

Please note: Replacements are subject to the availability of the product.

Returns/replacements are not applicable on orders delivered outside India.


What should I do if I receive a defective item or something I did not order?

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Send an email to community@malikmerbals.com along with relevant pictures.

The product must be returned in its original packaging including box, price tags, and invoice.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in original condition and then process a full refund or exchange for a similar or different item, as per your request.

Replacements are subject to product availability.

Refunds for payments made by card will be processed to the same bank account. Other payments will be refunded via online bank transfer.


What are the payment methods available on Malik Merbals Pvt Ltd?

Payment methods currently supported are:
Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery

There are no hidden charges.
Payments can be made through digital modes or cash on delivery.
Digital payments are recommended for faster processing.

Cash on delivery is not applicable for international deliveries.

Payment details are not handled by Malik Merbals Pvt Ltd and our payment gateway partners are PCI/DSS compliant.

What is your category-specific return policy?

Nutrition

Products must be returned in original sealed packaging.
Opened or used boxes will not be accepted.
Issues such as stomach upset, headache, or flavor preferences are not applicable for return.
Please consult your doctor before purchasing.

Merchandise

Returns are accepted only in case of size issues or if the product is received damaged.

Services

Are there any processing fees for replacements or returns?

A processing fee may apply for returns/replacements under certain scenarios—such as changes in flavor/product/variant.
The fee amount will be communicated before processing.

In cases where the mistake is from our side (wrong product/variant/flavor shipped), no processing fee will be charged.

Returns/refunds for orders delivered outside India are not accepted.


I need to return an item. How do I arrange a pickup?

Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process.

Whenever possible, we will arrange pickup through our courier partners.
If pickup is not possible, you may send the item via a third-party courier. We will reimburse Rs. 100 toward courier charges.

Returns/refunds may not apply to international orders.


Modes of refund after cancellation or return

  • Debit/Credit Card or others: Refund to the same account
  • Cash on Delivery or other modes: Refund via online transfer using bank details shared by the customer

In how many days will the refund be processed?

Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from the date the refund is approved.


In how many days will the replacement product be delivered?

The replacement product will be delivered within 14 working days after the replacement request is approved.


I want to cancel my order. Can I do that?

If the cancellation notice is received before the order is processed or approved, we will cancel it and refund the entire amount within 14 working days.

Orders already processed cannot be canceled.
Malik Merbals Pvt Ltd reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed.
